Developed by renowned grief expert Julia Samuel, the app offers guided advice to help you find your "new normal" in the face of unique and individual experiences of grief.

Grief Works provides daily meditations, tools, and reflections to soothe your pain and build your strength over time. It offers in-the-moment support for managing difficult emotions whenever they arise. This app was created in collaboration with Julia Samuel, MBE, a leading grief psychotherapist and bestselling author who has provided support to hundreds of individuals for over 30 years. She is also the founder patron of Child Bereavement UK.

This compassionate course consists of 28 sessions that will help you navigate and cope with your grief. It guides you step-by-step in understanding and expressing your emotions while providing proven tools and techniques for support. The app includes 30+ interactive tools that provide instant support whenever you need it.
